1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we handle return and refund requests on a case-by-case basis. We may offer a replacement, store credit, or partial/full refund in the following cases:

The flowers arrived wilted, damaged, or in poor condition.

The delivery was not made on the agreed date (excluding delays due to circumstances beyond our control).
Note: We do not offer refunds for issues caused by incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
2. Timeframe for Reporting Issues

3. Non-Returnable Items

4. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery may incur a processing fee or may not be eligible for a refund, depending on the preparation stage.
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to the original payment method.
